How about a fun recipe for after tonight’s supper or sometime this weekend!? I made a batch of these recently from another on-line Keto recipe that wasn’t nearly so good. Now that I’ve tweaked it, the Creamsicles are quite tasty and so easy to make. My molds look different too. This is a stock photo from Google. Enjoy!
Keto Orange Creamsicles
Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoons sugar-free gelatin
¾ cup boiling water
2 tablespoons of Orange Extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream (entire small carton)
5 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
Directions:
Bring water to boil in a pot with the Orange Extract.
In a bowl with a spout, dissolve the gelatin powder in the boiling water. Whisk or beat well to combine any thick chunks.
Add heavy cream. Using a handheld mixer or a blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour liquid into molds. Add stick or handle. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours. Let soften slightly before serving. Makes 12 or more pops.
Total Carbohydrate per serving: 1 gram

Those sound good, although I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners. But I do like creamsickles, and haven’t had one in years. Now I want one. Thank you!!

Good find! I remember those orange-flavored push-ups from days gone and bet these taste just like them – or better!
